DESCRIPTION

The Project called SMART FOOD CLUSTER is based in City of South Bay, Florida City, United States of America. The total area to be used is 97.56 acres in line with public information and 103.8 acres according to google maps reference. This project will be a food collection processing and distribution center according to the greatest technical and technological advances, it will have a huge warehouses, large commercial area and complementary services.

Our proposal calls for an Association with the City of South Bay, owner of the required land and also who has the political will to create a new development pole in Palm Beach County, besides investors of fresh capital as well as companies involved in the technical, legal and financial aspects.

AMOUNT:The budget for this project is over 200 million dollars.

EXECUTION PERIOD: 4 years

LOCATION AND AREA OF INFLUENCE

The Smart Food Cluster project is located on City of South Bay is part of Florida’s heartland this central location gives the faster access to all points of Florida and its 20 million consumers. Deepwater ports on both coasts, Railway, Palm beach international airport and the intersection of state roads 80 and 27 is the perfect launching spot for moving products to all parts of Florida.

City of South Bay features with available labor, low taxes, wiling government, and strong infrastructure, the city is well suited for virtually any industry-from distribution to manufacturing to tourism and recreation.




PROJECT ZONING

Several warehouses for fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, poultry, grains, cereals and others will be built. It also has complementary services such as the medical center, apart hotel, gas station and training center as shown in following illustration.





The project has a large commercial area (restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, juice shop, hardware shop, drugstore, ice cream shop, work clothes shop, among others), a logistics center, waste management, and an administration building with a training center.






SMART FOOD CLUSTER PROJECT STAGES

The project has been developed in 8 construction stages, after initial stage where research, diagnosis, master plan, the land purchase, the final architectural design and all engineering’s will be carried out. As well as construction approvals and permits.

Each stage duration is 6 months. Therefore, the final project would have a duration of 48 months (4 years) after initial stage.
